Coastal Mississippi Tourism Campaign
You are now looking at a dream project of mine! In the fall of 2020, I found out that a great agency called Sparkloft Media needed a writer to help them create a campaign concept for the one of their tourism clients, Coastal Mississippi. I’m from the MS Gulf Coast and proud of it, I’ve worked on lots of travel & tourism brands in my career, and they could not have found a better person for the job than me for this campaign. So, we got to work quickly and made some super fun tourism work that respected a few things; where I’m from, the health requirements of the early pandemic, and the natural beauty of Coastal Mississippi.
I loved writing this script. As a freelancer, I sadly didn’t get to play a part in any of the production, but I’m still super proud of getting to write a love letter to my hometown in the form of a tourism script that encouraged people to get out into nature during a scary pandemic phase.
